Sports Registration

Students interested in participating in sports will need to register through the online PowerSchool parent portal (NOT the mobile app) beginning August 1st. Mandatory sports practices/tryouts begin August 19th. Please look for updates and changes via school and district websites.  Please contact Denise Wallace with any questions about athletics (503.606.2228 or dwallace@central.k12.or.us) beginning August 1st.

Sports Physicals

Sports Physical Forms are required to be on file with the Athletic Office. Sports Physical Forms are valid for two years. Physical forms can be downloaded from the OSAA site or, if you are unable to print one, they will be available at the main office for pick up.  

You can contact your primary care physician to schedule your sports physical or contact the Central Health & Wellness Center to schedule an appointment at 503-838-0045. The cost for a sports physical at the Central Health & Wellness Center is $10.00 per student.

Athletes must pay their fees, register online, and have their physical current in the athletic office prior to participating in any sport.

Student athletes must be passing THREE classes in order to be eligible to participate. Those student athletes who choose to take less than THREE classes will not be eligible.
